Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Staply.App, including the Staply.App website, web application, Telegram bot and Telegram Mini App. By using Staply.App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Staply.App provides browser-based tools for documents, images, audio, AI-assisted processing, file sharing and video calls. Features and limits may differ between the free plan, subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.
You are responsible for having a compatible device, an internet connection and any account needed to access the service.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in methods and account information secure. You may use Staply.App only for lawful purposes and only with content you are allowed to upload or process.
You must not use Staply.App to distribute malware, fraud, spam, unlawful content, infringing material, adult content, or content that violates another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass limits, interfere with the service, or access another user’s data.
3. Plans, credits and payments
Prices, included limits and available payment methods are shown before purchase. A subscription renews according to the interval shown at checkout unless it is cancelled before renewal. Staply.App tokens are credits for use across supported service features and are not cash or a bank balance.
Payment processing is handled by the payment method selected at checkout. Telegram purchases may be processed with Telegram Stars, while web purchases may use a supported card processor.
4. User content and privacy
You retain rights to your content. You grant Staply.App the limited permission needed to host, process and deliver that content to provide the requested feature. Please read our Privacy Notice for details about data handling and retention.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Staply.App reliable, but the service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, outages or circumstances outside our control. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Staply.App is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Staply.App is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss caused by content you upload, misuse of the service, or an interruption outside our reasonable control.
