❓ What can I add to a collection?
Results from your Staply.App history: PDFs, images, OCR results, transcripts and other generated files.
❓ Does deleting a collection delete its files?
No. It removes only that grouping. The files remain in storage and in other collections until you explicitly delete them from storage.
❓ Can I use Collections on the Free plan?
Yes. Free includes up to 3 collections with 10 items in each. Pro expands this to 50 collections with 500 items each.
❓ Which features require Pro?
ZIP export and expanded limits of up to 50 collections with 500 items each require Pro. Pro costs $10 per month.
❓ Can one file be in several collections?
Yes. Collections reference the same stored result, so organizing it in several places does not create duplicate files.
